Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking and confirmation

When you submit a booking we hold your places and issue a booking reference immediately. Your places stay reserved until the payment deadline shown on the booking.

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed through our secure online checkout.

Prices and payment

All prices are per guest and charged in Chinese Yuan (CNY ¥). Any US dollar figures shown on the site are approximate references only.

Payment is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your card or wallet details.

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 48 hours before the departure time for a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure, and no-shows, are not refundable. If something unexpected happens, contact us — we will always try to move you to another date first.

To cancel, reply to your booking email or contact us with your booking reference.

Guaranteed departures

Each departure lists a minimum number of paid guests. Once that number is reached the departure is guaranteed to run.

If a departure does not reach its minimum, we will offer you the choice of another date or a full refund — your money is never kept for a tour that did not run.

Weather and itinerary changes

Tours run rain or shine. In severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control we may adjust the itinerary, reschedule, or cancel with a full refund.

Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the meeting point on time — the group cannot wait more than 15 minutes. Late arrival counts as a no-show.

You are responsible for your own travel documents and visa. Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
