We collect only what we need to run your tour, and we do not sell your data. This page explains what we keep and why.
What we collect
Booking details: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, party size and any special requests you write.
Traveler details you choose to add: traveler names, nationality, dietary or mobility notes, emergency contact.
If you create an account: your login email and username.
What we use it for
Running your booking: confirmations, payment status, and the guide contacting you before departure.
We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Payments
Payments are processed entirely by our payment providers. Card and wallet numbers never touch our servers.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies only: your language preference and, if you sign in, your session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Email us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion.
