SHENZHEN
Shenzhen Flavours: Dim Sum to Late-Night Skewers
Morning tea to midnight skewers — eat your way through a city of migrants.
Everyone here came from somewhere else, so you can eat eight provinces in a single day. All dishes and tea included.
Why you will like it
- Real Cantonese yum cha: pushcarts, tea etiquette and the dishes locals actually order.
- Because everyone here came from somewhere else, you can eat eight provinces in one day.
- Chaoshan beef hotpot, Hunan stir-fry, Guangxi rice noodles — sampled, not just pointed at.
- All dishes and tea included. Come hungry and leave the ordering to your guide.

Common questions
Will there be too much food?
It is paced across ten hours with walking between stops. Most guests finish comfortably full, not stuffed.
Can you handle vegetarians?
Yes, with advance notice. Cantonese and Buddhist-influenced cooking gives us plenty to work with.
